1. To be able to widen and enrich business vocabulary to describe and discuss matters about job and its nature, the location and layout of the company, and the business strengths of the company.

2. To be able to practice different ways of meeting and welcoming people, setting up a meeting and confirming arrangements, dealing with phone calls and dealing with the unexpected business deals, considering the different practices of people/clients all over the world.

3. To be able to communicate in English in typical  business activities such as meeting facilitation, negotiation, interviews and business deals.

4. To be able to discuss various office regulations and policies and their positive effects to the effectivity and efficiency of the worker.
